Night Experiments III - Part II

Further experimentation with "light painting" using a torch and long exposure. Within this, i was also trying some more silhouetted approach, when the background is exposed, and the foreground is still dark. I like this approach, but some of the "Painted" shots i got in this shoot were fantastic. This is because i was able to slightly edit the color variance during post, and just highlight the colours which didn't quite show fully in the photograph.

Without doubt, there are some of the weakest images in the whole project within this shoot, however, i think there are some of the best as well.I feel like image 4 is the best, the colour that it holds seemsto carry the image better than the rest of them in this shoot. Image 7 is similar in this respect.

This image worked better than expected, i did not expect any of the land to be visible, i suppose that the light in the background will have added to the image, but i also feel like it subtracts from it. Its a blaring white light and it  becomes the main focus of the image.
